Service
The major goal of our Field Service team
is to provide warranty services to Hewlett-Packard (HP) customers
across a large part of central and northern Victoria. Formerly COMPAQ
and Digital before that, Bendigo IT has provided this type of service
for the past ten years. In addition to this, our consultants are A+
certified. Activities in the Field Service team include:

Hewlett-Packard Warranty Service:
HP is our preferred hardware platform. HP have entrusted Bendigo IT
with the task of servicing and repairing their equipment from the
larger servers through to laptops and PC’s.

General “Break-fix” repairs:
Bendigo IT will quote on and repair other hardware brands as
requested.

Hardware Installation: The Field
Service team enhances our IT Services division in assisting with the
configuration and installation of hardware products.

Small to medium scale Network Cabling:
One of our consultants has been Austel Certified, which allows him
to (legally) install Ethernet cable for our clients.
