The major goal of our Field Service team is to provide warranty services to Hewlett-Packard (HP) customers across central and northern Victoria, through a long-standing contract with National Computer Systems & Services (NCSS).  Activities include:

• HP Warranty Services.
• HP "Out of Warranty" Repairs.
• Other “Break-fix” repairs.
• Hardware Installation.
• Small to medium scale Network Cabling (Austel accredited).
