Bendigo IT operates a Resales Team dedicated to sourcing ‘best of breed’ software and hardware to meet client needs. We have formed business alliances with leading technology providers so that we gain early access to their future developments and to ensure that we are at the forefront when their new solutions hit the marketplace. These alliances also provide us with direct access to vendor training, enabling our staff to remain current in all aspects of product selection, configuration and support.

We also have relationships with major IT distributors throughout Australia, with most maintaining warehousing facilities in each capital city. Through this distribution network we can achieve prompt delivery on commonly sought items. Although Bendigo IT offices do not operate retail shop fronts as such, we do maintain equipment holdings that can be shipped to clients at short notice to meet their urgent repair or replacement needs.

As part of our value adding service, our Resales Team is comprised of trained IT professionals who are able to assess your functional requirements and provide expert advice on the equipment configuration that will best satisfy your needs. Our focus is the business market, so we only deal with vendors who have proven their solutions within industry. All equipment is sourced from highly respected vendors who provide support through extended warranty programs. The Bendigo IT Field Service Team is an authorised repair agency for much of the equipment sold by the company.

Our technology solutions are broad; we can source and integrate software and hardware to satisfy all forms of business IT requirements. Typically, our solutions fall into one of the following categories:

• Servers, business PCs and graphic workstations - we can provide off-the-shelf solutions or assemble a high-end business server that is configured to precisely meet your requirements.
• Packaged software - we specialise in software solutions from Microsoft, Veritas, Trendmicro and JIWA.
• Network hardware – Storage, backup, routers, UPS, switches, wireless technology, VoIP, cabling, racks and monitoring equipment
• Peripheral devices - other IT related devices including plotters, printers, scanners and tape drives.
• Security software - virus checking, firewalls and anti spam solutions

	Microsoft clearly needs no introduction, their technology remains the predominant software platform for our business clients. Bendigo IT’s certified Microsoft business partnership has been established on the basis of our product knowledge; and our proven ability to select, configure and support Microsoft solutions. Bendigo IT consulting staff are continually undertaking Microsoft training and examinations to ensure that their qualifications remain current. We have a number of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) on staff.
	Bendigo IT has a long association with Hewlett Packard (HP) and Compaq (as acquired by HP). Our Resales Team routinely attend HP training and are expert in the selection and configuration of all types of HP technology. HP products are fully backed by three year warranties, Bendigo IT has no hesitation in recommending HP solutions and support.
	While Bendigo IT has been offering clients the option of IBM solutions for some time, we have just recently been formally accepted as an IBM business partner. IBM training and support arrangements are similar to those offered by HP. Our staff have attended IBM technical training sessions and will continue to build their IBM product knowledge.
	VERITAS Software, one of the 10 largest software companies in the world, is a leading provider of software and services to enable utility computing. Bendigo IT recommends VERITAS products for data protection, storage & server management.
	JIWA Financials is an Australian owned and operated company offering the first Australian accounting package to successfully take advantage of Microsoft's SQL Server technology. The product is designed specifically to utilise the Microsoft Windows environment, leveraging off the innovations in Microsoft and Internet technologies.   Bendigo IT has a number of large JIWA clients. We have proven that we can successfully partner with businesses to satisfy their accounting needs through a customised JIWA solution.
	Cisco Systems, Inc. is the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet. Networks are an essential part of business, education, government and home communications, and Cisco Internet Protocol-based (IP) networking solutions are the foundation of these networks. Bendigo IT selects Cisco hardware as its preferred hardware to create Internet solutions that allow individuals, companies, and countries to increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction and strengthen competitive advantage.
	Schools, colleges and universities across Australia and internationally are using a range of software products developed by Gaia Computing Ltd to control the use of their printer, copier and internet resources. Gaia was generated from the same parent company as Bendigo IT and presently shares our Bendigo office. Gaia provides a high-end software development capability to Bendigo IT.
